Under the creative direction of renowned British Chef and Michelin-Starred Chef Tom Aikens, ALICE by Tom Aikens offers an exquisite dining experience, with a menu developed in collaboration with the hotel’s Executive Chef, Jeremy Jouan, an esteemed French chef with extensive global experience.
